Cancelation: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 14 days before your date of arrival.  Any cancelations made within 13 days or less will not receive ANY refund.

Damages: A credit card must be on file in order to book and reserve a room.  Any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to your credit card on file.

Check In & Check Out: Check in time for all units is 3:00pm.  Check out time is 11:00am.  We ask that you observe these times punctually so that we have time to prepare for other guests.

Pets: Pets are welcome on our property as long as they are leashed in the common area, and picked up after.  Owners must clean up after their pets.  If the pets leave excessive filth or dog hair there will be a $50 cleaning fee.  Damages or filth caused by the pets will be charged to the credit card on file.  Owners are liable for any incidents that occur on the property as a result of their pets.

Smoking: There is NO smoking inside ANY of the units.  If you smoke, please do so on the covered porch or outside in the yard, away from others.  If there is evidence of smoke in the units a $50 fee will be charged.

Noise: Please be courteous to others.  We aim for a 10:00pm-8:00am quiet hour where we ask you to enjoy the premises respectfully.  We encourage everyone to be friendly with other guests on the property and enjoy themselves.  We also want to emphasize the importance of respect for your neighbors.
